OK… these are the guys you want to do Garage Door business with. Absolutely satisfied and not calling anybody else when I need these repairs. Thanks Chad.

Chad came very highly recommended through my local neighborhood groups and he certainly didn’t disappoint. Although our issue was actually a non-issue, he took the time to talk things out with my significant other. When I asked if we could have a garage panel replaced (after years of my garage door reminding me of that time I hit it on the way out), he gave me a reasonable quote and I gave the okay (over the phone since I wasn’t there with my SO). A few minutes later, my SO calls and says he put a few screws in place and the damage isn’t even noticeable from the exterior anymore. The charge $10. Definitely not enough for the time he took to go out there. Bottom line, this is a really nice and fair businessman. I know I’m calling him to replace my garage door when I get tired of the one I have and I’ll absolutely have him come back anytime we need work on it.

Chad is amazing. He was here in literally 10 minutes and found the problem that has been aggravating me for weeks in a minute. He showed me how to open it without it catching on a bolt and I am back in business. Yea! Great job. Call him please. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient.

Honesty is everything! Thought our 15 year old Liftmaster opener had passed on, Chad arrived to install a new unit but thought he would check the old one over before he started. After just a minute he stated that it was just a coupler and that he could replace the part. About 20 minutes later and we are up and working again saving me the $300 for the new unit. Most companies would have just moved forward with the new install, I appreciate him taking the time, to check it out!

Chad is the man. Seriously. Not only does he have a great personality and easy to work with, but my garage door works the best it ever has. We just had that door serviced a month ago by another company, the door was on its last leg but the other company said we just needed new rollers. Nope. They installed them incorrectly, snapped the cable and the garage door yanked off the garage opener bar. Chad came out, and very diplomatically pointed out the issue, not knowing someone had just been out. He also pointed out another issue that was preexisting to the door that should have been seen by the other company and was the true issue with the door. He fixed both issues at a very reasonable price, quickly, and with a smile on his face. The 18 yo door works like new. I am sure we will need Chad soon for the other door, so glad we found him!

I highly recommend Chad! When another company I had used before told me my issue was not repairable, I got a fast reply and quote from Chad and he felt confident he could fix it. The next morning he showed up early and fixed my issue quickly and for less than he quoted. He’s friendly, honest, talented, and fast. We will definitely use him for any garage issues going forward.

I’ve used Advanced twice- once for the installation of my garage door opener, and more recently I replaced 2 really old crappy doors with new ones. They did a great job pulling out doors from the ’70s, and made the new doors fit perfectly in a tricky spot. My garage doors look and work great now!

Called and left a message a little after 8 am that I needed my garage door repaired. Chad returned my call five minutes later and made an appt for 1:00 pm. He called a little before 10:00 am and said he could come earlier if I wanted. He was at my house by 10:30. Replaced the door spring and rollers and was gone by 11:30 am. Prompt and professional service – I could not have asked for anything more! When my 12 yr old garage door opener dies I will call Advanced Garage Door to replace it.

As others have said…Answered phone call within 3 minutes. Was at our house less than 24 hours later. Fixed MAJOR problems (broken mail spring, unspooled cables, broken roller, derailed door) in about an hour for a reasonable price.

I called Advanced Garage Door at 5pm Sunday & they returned my call in 10 minutes. Repairs were completed before 1pm Monday. They even were able to salvage some sections to save some of my expense. Highly recommend!

I’m almost embarrassed to write this review and admit that the problem with my garage door was simply cobwebs on the sensor light. (blush) But not only did Chad come out within hours of our call for help, but he was the nicest guy EVER. No charge for getting us back in working order. Straightforward answering questions (like how long will this current unit last and what will it cost me to replace it when it goes) and easy to talk to. I guarantee I’ll be calling him the moment I have a “real” problem again. Seriously – one of the best service calls I’ve ever had. Thanks, Chad!!
